Ive used clinique and elf ones before but prior to this was using micellar water. The experience of a balm in general is much nicer. There's a really good amount in the container its great value tbf its going to last me ages. Its fragrance free and didnt irritate my eyes or sensitive skin at all and did a really good job of melting down my makeup, even waterproof mascara. I followed it with a double cleanse then checked with a cotton pad and there was no makeup left on it - which i find there often is with micellar water with the same second cleanser.In summary, sensitive skin and eye friendly, effective even on waterproof makeup, a nice experience and great tub size for the price. Also looks nice on my shelf. :)

I had no idea what size a quarter is for the amount to use, as per the instructions so I guessed & ended up with too much... but this was an absolute plus as I can see how little of this product is needed. My make-up started melting straight away, this doesn't leave make-up streaked across your face, it actually disappears! Amazing!I wipe off using my usual washable face pads and gave a quick cleanse to check... my face was totally clean! It felt soft, felt clean & fresh, felt relatively hydrated (although I am prone to "tight" feeling skin and always need to moisturise so nothing to do with the product).My skin felt lovely after this! Been checking out the other products and if they're as good as this, then I've found my new brand of skincare!

Does the job without sore eyes.

I’ve previously used a cleaning balm from another brand and loved it! But this was a while ago and has since been discontinued. This came and packaging is cute and girly, I had a full face of make up to remove so perfect time to try. The product melted perfectly and took off the make up as stated, really well! However! The smell isn’t great and it left a slight waxy coating on my skin and I have since broke out in some spots which I don’t normally.

This is a absolutely gorgeous cleansing balm. A small amount goes a long way. It glides on the skin so easily leaving your skin clean and soft. I had problematic skin in the past but this has transformed it, my skin has never been so clear, it's gentle on sensitive skin, so It's definitely worth a try.😀

This product is my go-to cleanser ! Just melts the product perfectly and has been a godsend to my prone to breakout skin ! .. however, it NEVER used to make my eyes sting but this pot makes my eyes burn !! It's uncomfortable even half hour after rinsing fully they are stingy.. just wondering if the product has changed its formula?

I have purchased this for a few years now. Great product for my 50+ skin. Doesn’t dry skin, cleanses well with a muslin. Removes eye make up well.

I have incredibly sensitive skin and eczema and is so hard to find something to remove my makeup with and everything irritates my skin especially the corners of my eyes. However this product is amazing and gave me no irritation it removed my makeup instantly and has nice consistency and just wiped off and left the skin still feeling moisturised, it also has no scent which I like as people say it’s natural and for natural skin with some products however any scent in anything is an irritation.This product even removed my eyelash glue of the lids of my eyes.I will definitely be buying this product again and has encouraged me to take more pride and care in my skin instead of sometimes leaving it some nights and just letting myself fall asleep without taking it off due to irritation with old products that I used.Buy this product you won’t regret it, in fact it will become part of your routine.
