I initially purchased this cushion to add extra padding to my old office chair. The chair has since gone to dead chair heaven, so I'm now using it in my kayak. Happy to say it's the only cushion I've found that keeps my butt from getting numb! Excellent for preventing tailbone aches and back pain. I'm in my 70s and weigh 153 lbs, if that helps you decide whether it might work for you.

Nice but item did not look like the one pictured. I specifically ordered this color because of the blue piping around the edge. The one I received was solid black. Was not worth the hassle to return. Cushion itself is thick but fairly comfortable. I use it on our recliner and sometimes it seems to hit the back of my legs in the wrong spot.

Damn. My butt has never felt this good. My back hasn’t hurt after hours of slaving away in front of a computer. It gives you a little extra height so if someone sits across your desk, you feel like a talk show host with your chair higher. You can’t sit with a foot tucked under your butt, but that’s ok.
