are they in separate packets inside the box?

They are in sleeves, as best I can remember, but not in separate packets or 2-biscuit packets.

Do you put butter on it?

I do not put butter on Weebabix. My recipe for morning cereal is Weebabix, sliced strawberries or banana slices (or both), and a few ounces of skim or low-fat milk. It's delicious and filling plus good for your digestive system. Personally, I try to stay away from butter. Enjoy your Weetabix!
