These are the best meal prep bowls I've ever had. I use them for my salads. I love the little salad dressing cups that nestle into the lid. So convenient. Everything snaps together securely. They're both microwave and dishwasher safe - virtually indestructible. Absolutely reusable, but at a price point of basically a dollar a piece, if one gets left behind somewhere, I'm not mad about it.

These are great, I love that they come with a little sauce dish at the top. I do, however, recommend handwashing them. I don’t remember if they said they were dishwasher safe, but I wouldn’t chance it. The lid continues to fit properly without any leakage and I’m afraid if I put them in the dishwasher, they may warp a little. The size is perfect for Meal prepping individual meals.

These are better than the Tokyo joe bowls I used to use. These can hold up to 3 cups lids are great.

Absolutely love these. When you get ready to fill them up there are measurements in each section. It lets you you know how much of protein, vegetables and grain you need. I was able to fill it with what I needed without leaking. They are easy to store because they stack inside of each other. It to mention when you take it to work no one can accidentally take your container because no one else has them. The lid lock provides a nice seal so you don’t have any leaks. I love the quality and functionality of these storage containers. If you’re looking to meal prep these are great.

Great for meal prep, I like that they are dishwasher and microwave safe. Easy to use, stack easily, the lids fits tightly, and they are light weight.

These divided meal dishes make meal prep so easy! I love the tight fitting lids. I was able to make several meals and put them in the freezer to microwave another day. I also love that the divisions indicate what one might want to put in them: one section for protein, one for veggies, etc.I recommend these for your meal preps. Great if you are a single person or a couple but still make large quantities (aka 4-6 servings) at a time.
