I find this has a rapid action with my sciatica. It is certainly very minty smelling but I like the smell. It takes a lot of rubbing to absorb but not totally necessary. Lovely heat affect but it certainly numbs or reduces the worst of the ache in my buttock, hip and ankle. I’ve decanted some into a roller ball bottle which is good for portability and less minty hands. Udderly amazing though you feel a right teet explaining why your using this on your buttocks🤪😂😂

Dropped l star , as l only have had product for several days...but , so far so good ,it has improved sore muscles...Very strong smell of peppermint, but not unpleasant.

Really pepper mint smell. But easy to put on a little goes a long way. It has help my knee.
