Super simple, but really effective
As a physical therapist assistant, I was honestly a little skeptical about this at first. But I have to say—it really surprised me. It’s helped a lot with my sinus pressure and has been amazing for relieving tension headaches. I use it for just a few minutes at the end of the day, and it makes such a difference. Super simple, but really effective. Definitely worth trying if you deal with headaches or sinus issues!

Soooo relieving!
This actually opens up my cervical spine, and I can fill it helping my jaw loosen. This is the actual one my physical therapist has and I now know why after trying others first.

Tension relief
When I’m using it, it feels like nothing is happening. But when I get up from using it, I can feel a major difference!! it’s hard to tell if you get it in the right spot on your neck, but I do feel like it hits the trigger points needed. This with massaging, I truly noticed a difference in my pain level

Occipital release, no batteries needed
As you can see from the picture, I’ve tried other products. This device is well constructed, simple to use and effective from day one. Does it replace a massage therapist with targeted therapy no, none of them do. Don’t waste your money on the other products. This is the one to buy and stick with it. It’s simple and effective.

Great Concept, But Didn’t Work for Me Long-Term
What I bought this for:I purchased this occipital release tool hoping to relieve neck tension, improve spinal alignment, and help with TMJ-related discomfort. I used it as directed, lying back on it for a few minutes at a time.First impressions:The product is well-made, and I appreciated that it’s FSA/HSA eligible. The design seemed promising — simple, supportive, and targeted.Performance & Experience:The first session actually felt pretty good — I noticed some tension relief in my neck and shoulders. But by day two or three, it started to feel too hard and uncomfortable, and the pressure points didn’t hit the same. Instead of relief, I felt more soreness after using it. I gave it a few more tries but ended up having to return it.Pros:• High-quality material• May work well for certain body types or tension spots• Eligible for FSA/HSA useCons:• Too firm for me — became painful• Relief didn’t last beyond the first use• Not adjustable or flexible for different neck shapesWould I recommend it?It didn’t work for me, but it might work for others with different neck tension patterns. Definitely try it on a soft surface and don’t overuse it. Thankfully, returns were easy.Tips for Buyers:Try it on your bed first before moving to a hard floorIf you have a sensitive neck or TMJ flare-ups, use with caution

Great for neck relief - acupressure and complex trigger point massage.
The trigger points in the neck can be really tricky and a device like this is absolutely essential to take the guesswork out of where to pinpoint them, working a full range of neck muscles. I understand it's primarily designed for occipital release merely laying still but I can confirm it indeed works great for trigger point massage all the way down the neck - working things inch by inch until you find the right spots. This and a peanut / double lacrosse massager are the top essentials in my massage tools I typically use on the floor to allow gravity to do its work. I don't suffer from migraines or headaches myself but it does feel like this helps blood flow to the head after using as well - so it might be worth a try! I initially thought the price seemed a little high but it's made really well and indeed firm enough for massage with a slight cushion to reduce the chances of bruising or skin irritation (haven't had any myself with pretty lengthy massage on it). I had a couple of nights I slept a lot deeper than usual after some lengthy acupressure on this before bed.

Run don't walk!
Literally run don't walk. I am 34, mom of 2 toddlers, so I hold kids a lot and my neck was MESSED up. Just one time with this pillow had me feeling corrected immediately and just a few times with the mask helped my muscle memory to stop my neck from getting out of whack.
