IceVents Classic Shoulder Pads with Cord Management

These make all the difference in the world! I use a riggers belt when I am hiking rough terrain with my dog so I can clip her in but keep my hands free for climbing or using poles. After a few days on the trail the belt starts to cut, but these absolutely fixed the problem... and without being sweaty either. I've tried other pads and they either slide or get sopping wet, but these are super comfortable and stay in place well. Could not be happier!

Worth every dime for those wearing plate carriers with real plates and full load out

I doubt I could be more happy with a product. These allow for complete breathability and redistribution of the weight around your shoulders. I'm planning to buy a second set for my weight vest. My only complaint is that I didn't find out about these sooner!

As advertised. Comfortable. Reduces the bulk and discomfort from stock shoulder pads. Been seeing 3 used on a belt setup. May buy again to test out. Time will tell if the helix pattern holds shape under weight/stress.

These shoulder pads are an excellent example of a minimalist design that enhances the comfort of the wearer. Easily attaches to almost any vest or bag and provide a lot of comfort while maintaining flexibility.
