Should work with most double stack 9mm magazines. Fits my Glock 9mm magazines just fine.

Will this fit hk 45 usp compact mags?

Double stacks will fit fine. It is spring tension and you can adjust the tension on the grip of the magazine.

Will this fit glock 43 mags?

No they are single stack. Mags need to be double stack for this carrier to work.
