Pretty good for $125
As far as relatively cheap automatic watches go, this one is the best I've seen. I have owned a couple of invicta 8926OBs (Invicta Submariner homage) and although I really liked the look/feel of those, there are some things that are not very good about them. This Parnis (Fanmis) watch is much more solidly built:Pros:Links are much more solid, and have screw-in pins to add/remove links. Much higher quality stainless steel (316L) than the Invicta counterpart. The bezel does appear to be black ceramic (not painted steel like the Invicta) which should mean scratch-proof. Also, the crystal appears to be either very hard synthetic sapphire or real sapphire because it appears to be very strong (I've knocked it around a bit, and no scratching whatsoever). So far it is keeping perfect time, but it is new so we'll see how that goes. I haven't worn it swimming or in shower even so I can't attest to the waterproof/water resistance other than to say that no water has permeated yet despite washing dishes/hands many times.Cons: Cyclops over the date has weird glare to it and is not as magnifying as the Invicta. Bezel movement (rotation clicks) is easier than Invicta and Rolex counterparts, not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing. The lume on the hands/dial is not great, does not glow long or bright.Overall I think a great version of submariner that anyone could afford. It seems well-built and durable.

Quite nice!
I have had a love/hate relationship with my Invicta 8926OB Pro Diver for a couple of years and I thought I might risk getting a new watch that might not have some of the attributes that annoyed me about the 8926OB. I love the classic design of the Rolex Submariner and and don't like the idea of wearing a watch that could feed a family for a year on my wrist (as if I could afford one!) so this watch seemed a likely choice. After reading some of the reviews on here I was half expecting to return this watch after receiving and checking it out in person. Fortunately this was not the case!I did the 'water bead test' on the glass of this and it seems to be actually sapphire. I have had the watch for a little over a week and I haven't managed to scratch it. I am rough on watches. My Invicta 8926OB had a pretty good scratch on the glass by the first day. And many many by the end of the first year.It seems to keep very good time. Better than the Invicta 8926OB that I had. In my experience the Invicta ran slow. Eventually maiking me late for things if I didn't reset the time frequently enough. The design is great. No surprise since it seems to be a copy of the Rolex Submariner. I am very pleased with the external build quality as well. The edge of the bezel on the Invicta was plated on the sawtoothy bit around the edge making it look a bit rounded, shiny and cheap. The numbers were painted on and scratched off over time. The bezel also seemed to have some sort of rubber gasket underneath it that would bind and make it exceptionally hard to turn. This watch has none of those issues. The bezel looks machined, is easily (but not too easily) turned and is ceramic. The crown and band are not as cheap feeling as I was expecting after reading some reviews on here. The watch band on my the Invicta rattled quite a lot. So much so that I actually put a piece of fabric in it to dull the sound. Part of this was due to the fact that I have teeny wrists (6 1/2"). On the smallest possible adjustment of the band the Invicta was a bit loose still. This watch does not have that problem. It is a perfect fit on my wrist. So if you are a genetic mutant like me and have really small wrists or you are just a charmingly small human this watch might just fit. I actually find the clasp mechanism to be beautifully designed. It is far easier to undo than the Invicta that I keep referring to. I would have to use a knife or something to open the clasp on that watch in order to not kill my fingernails. This one is much nicer in my opinion if only for the ease of removing it. I don't wear my watch in the shower or whilst engaging in... other classically nude scenarios.I can not attest to the water-resistance. It has survived a brief run under the kitchen tap.I will update this review accordingly if I run into any problems... I've only had the watch a couple weeks. Two years later and the watch still keeps great time ( a teeny bit fast) and has been through hell. I did manage to knock the pip off of the bezel by hitting a doorknob just right about a year ago but aside from that the face is astoundingly scratch-free!

Looses time daily!
This products looses about 1 minute daily. Requires constant time reset.I don't suggest purchasing this product.

since I love the Rolex Submariner look - but let's face it ...
After wearing my Invictas (8926OB and 9937) for years, I have decided to purchase a Parnis, since I love the Rolex Submariner look - but let's face it not everyone has 8-9K to spend on a brand new spanking Submariner. The Parnis blows Invicta out of the water: The watch wears just a little bigger (which makes it look better), the ceramic bezel looks like a million dollar (so much better than the metal bezel from Invicta) and overall the watch looks so much better than the Invictas. Looks like a lot more expensive and well-crafted watch. So far my watch has been accurate (+/- 5 seconds a day) - which is not bad for an automatic watch). I own a Longines that losses/gains about the same time per day, and that one was a lot more expensive. The watch has a non-hacking Chinese movement, but you can live with it. The loom is not very good. Bracelet feels solid and well put together. So far I would have given this watch a 5 star rating, HOWEVER, there is one major issue with this watch. The Parnis is far from being waterproof. Took a shower with it and yeah...little steam got inside already. Had to open the crown and let it air for days. I have worn both my Invictas everywhere: from shower to swimming and snorkeling or diving in the ocean and they both had 0 water proof related problems; and sorry for comparing this with my Invictas, but these are the only divers I have owned, so I believe it makes my review more relevant. If you are looking for something that looks good (better than Invicta) any day of the year, this might be the watch for you. If you are looking for something that is waterproof as well for light snorkeling or diving, I advise you to stay away. I am still debating if I am going to return it.
