Bought to improve my free-stroke and upper body strength in the pool - so glad I did.I’ve been using them 3x a week for a month. They’re well made and comfortable. I have small hands and they fit me well. I’d imagine large hands might need a bigger paddle (?)A few lengths with the paddles then a few without can really change your stroke! Incorrect hand positioning is noticeable the moment you start your stroke which can take some getting used to.I bought this in the Maru paddle and mesh bag bundle for £13 which I thought was decent.Would recommend !

I really like these paddles - for my medium sized hands they’re ideal. They help me with my form, entry into the water and the pull through. I can feel the extra energy needed and it obviously helps with arm development and positioning!

A very simple product so there’s not much to say really. My hands are quite big but they fit well and the straps are easy to use. They seem well put together and give a good grip on the water. If they prove to have a good lifespan I’ll be happy.

Saw a guy at the pool with some hand paddles so decided to invest in some myself. Loved the colour of these but they’re honestly amazing. I have pretty severe fatigue and pain and find just a few lengths wipe me out. With these however I find they help me glide further and faster with less energy expended so I can do a few more lengths now and feel less weak and exhausted and don’t need to stop mid length! Comfortable and sturdy to use, would recommend.

I thought I’d look like a plank using these in the pool! But how wrong you get an excellent swim workout good resistance in the pool and good speed, you definitely feel like you’ve had a swim. The other thing get a bright colour as no one tends to steal them plus I’ve cut my swimming time down but still do the same distance. I’ve had loads of comments where I’ve brought them from and now my wife who has the pink option plus matching fins so we’re beginning to start a trend. If you want to work your derrière get the matching fins my wife highly recommend this no more lunges in body pump just swim

I have some aqua gloves and then wanted to try some hand paddles – reviews / price indicated these were a good shot. Indeed they arrived quickly, easy-ish to get on and good to use in the pool.After the first use I rinsed them in the shower in warm water poolside, also rinsed at home and let them dry naturally inside at room temperature. No issue.Second use in the pool – as I put them on, the right hand - as I gently pulled the middle finger grip / loop down and about a third of the loop came straight off… I can still use them but this is pretty poor quality on the second use so does not bring confidence of longer term use – it’s a shame as they are good to use.Besides that after about 30 lengths (X 25 meters) on the second voyage I took them off and my hands felt cramped up from the paddles / bands. I also found I had to grip the paddles with my thumb and little finger over the sides of the paddles to avoid flow / flap when my hand / paddle enterered the pool and started the catch.
