Preventative Maint
We'll see.... Preventative maint. My pwr steering sys has no leaks.Removed pwr steering reservoir, cleaned out brown fluid + sludge from 17yr old reservoir thoroughly w/brake cleaner. Then cycled 1 Liter 1100 ATF (Toyota spec) thru pwr steering sys--over 3 days--til new ATF fluid turned [almost] red.Added 1oz tube Liqui-Moly Stop Leak. After 2 days driving, steering seems slightly smoother, turn-to-turn.

Good stuff
It has done ok and slowed my leak down. It seems to be a good product but thinking my leak issue is beyond this type of product.

Worked very quickly on my Audi A4
My 2006 Audi A4 had been suffering a steering rack leak for about 2 years. I had been managing the situation by simply topping off the fluid every few days of driving. Finally decided to look into a stop leak when the rate of leaking became higher to the point of almost daily top ups. Poured the entire contents of the Liquimoly stop leak into the steering fluid reservoir and drove normally for a few days. When next I checked the fluid level, it had barely dropped. Its been about two weeks now and I have not had to top up the fluid at all since I added the stop leak. Will see how long it stays that way, but for now I am highly impressed by how quickly and effectively it worked.

Worked when LUCAS did not
My 1999 Buick LaSabre had a 4-year-old re-built rack and pinion start leaking out of some seals. Big time.LUCAS brand worked for 3 days.I use everything Liqui-Moly, so I hunted the 20284 down and put it in.3 months and counting... leak stopped!
