Easy to use, makes delicious coffee
This is my first cold brew coffee maker. I have always loved iced coffee, but the cold brew is so much better-- Smooth, no bitterness, no oil, no gut rot! The glass is so easy to clean. I like that you make, filter, and store the coffee in the same carafe. So easy. The filter is super easy to clean as well. Fits in the door of my fridge. No complaints at all! Very glad I made this purchase

Came cracked
The rating on this cold brew coffee maker was pretty good, but I should have read those reviews. So many of them mentioned receiving it broken, but mine looked fine until I made my first pot and noticed two hairline cracks in two different places on the pot. I'm giving it 1 star because I think the glass is just too thin and because THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS ANYWHERE! I thought they must have forgotten to put it in the box except that those reviews told me other people complained. I'm new to cold brew. How much coffee do you put per amount of water? Do you pour cold water over the coffee, or hot (as some people did)? Do you immediately put it in the fridge or leave it on the counter? How many hours? It really wouldn't be that hard to add those instructions, even just to the box. I Googled it and although my coffee was good, I'm returning it because of the cracks that will break at any minute. I will look for a more solid pot and will read the individual reviews before I choose.

Great coffee maker!
Well made, easy to use and has a very nice stainless filter for the coffee grounds. Comes with a second lid for storing the brewed coffee. Makes it easy to make the coffee and to dump the grounds. Awesome maker, esp for the price.

Wouldn’t buy again
Filter broke after 2 uses hand washing it. Ended up buying mesh bags for the coffee and leaving it in the pitcher to brew.

Sharp edges
This is nice, aside from the pain it causes when your remove the lid and inner pieces. Makes good tea, though!
