They have very strong smell to them. As if they are scented? Using them for surgery recovery and they work great. Just scented

After trying several different brands, I settled on this one for my 98yo mother. She had been using Poise incontinence pads inside regular panties, and that was no longer sufficient, especially at night or on first rising in the morning. The full panty is much better because it offers 360-degree coverage. Absorbency is good; she changes them a couple of times per day, or as needed. They look enough like regular panties that she doesn't mind them, and they do not show under pants. They are stretchy enough to be moldable to different body shapes, but I do think they run a bit small; my mother is a small hourglass overall but has a round/protruding tummy--since these panties are full briefs, she needs to be able to pull them up over her tummy, and I've found that sizing up to the Large is best for her. I've put these on subscribe & save for her so they are automatically delivered to her assisted living facility, which is great because I used to worry about her running out if I didn't bring new supplies by at the right time.

They are perfect for what it intended they fit well very absorbent but everything has it limits so know how long you can leave them on and then change it so you dont have an accidents my mom loves them I recommend

These are great a great quality , great fit, not baggie, soft and comfortable, without skin irritation and don’t tear easily. And also great price . They function just as they should. They are monthly staple for aging parents

I've needed these due to stress incontinence from a prolonged and very strong cough. I tried a few different options and have to say these were the best fitting. I ordered according to the size chart and the Large was perfect as a size 16-18. It also doesn't have the absurdly high cut legs or cheeky backs some other brands had. Good coverage and stretch, pretty discreet under close fitting clothes, good absorbency/protection from leaks. But they smell SOOOOO strong. I've had the package open for weeks, fanned them out a bit hoping they'd air out and lose some of the fragrance. Nope. It's a very strong floral, kinda sweet perfumy smell no matter how I store them, how long they've been out of the package, and continue to smell the entire time I'm wearing them. My skin became irritated as well after a few uses. Can't conclusively say it's because of the fragrance, but can't have helped. So disappointed I can't continue to use them because, again, it's a great fit and leak protection. I've periodically used the Always Discreet liners in the past, and while also scented, as I recall it was a very light, not too noticeable scent. This product's smell is very strong, not pleasant.
