I bought this PUR Advanced Faucet Water Filter on Amazon. I really liked that the PUR Advanced Faucet Water Filter wasn't bulky. It was also super easy to assemble. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the packaging says it removes many contaminants from water, but the water still has a strong taste.. Kind of like chlorine and some of my family members do not like drinking the filtered water. Maybe we just have to get used to the taste of the filtered water. Hopefully water taste is something new they can improve on the next faucet water filter that goes out into market.

You are provided with extra fitting adapters, but didn't have to use them. Very easy to install.Would purchase again.

It's not Maxion as shown in productdescription, it's a Pur Plus model.

Have tried both Brita and Pür. Size of Brita is great but not easy to install. Does not snap on/off like Pür. Does not cut off water completely from direct flow (unfiltered) side when filter is turned on and via versa (trickle of water flows from filter when turned off). Both use SEALED batteries which means once they wear out the LED doesn't work. Why not use a 'water wheel generator (a tiny mechanism that flow of water causes to turn generating power to the LED?) eliminating the need for batteries or simply use a battery compartment allowing fresh batteries to be installed? Is this intentional to sell more filters?!!!

20 min after installing, with turning it on maybe 4 times in total, it started leaking from where you insert the filter. By the second day it also began leaking from where its screws on to the faucet. This product is impressively bad.

There are others that are cheaper, but Pur is the best quantity mechanically and for better tasting water.
