Negative. There is a mini-jack on the bottom of the mic for an earpiece, but no earpiece included.

Will the volume knob on this mic work with a tyt md 380 ?

It should; works fine on Baofeng handhelds. The volume control on the microphone does not supersede the volume control on the radio - it allows the user to adjust the volume from zero up to the current volume set on the radio (i.e. if the radio volume is set to 50%, the volume control on the microphone allows the user to adjust the volume from 0% to 50%).

Will this mic work with Kenwood TK 2170?

I am not sure but if it has the 2 pins on the side it probably will

Will this work with a Kenwood nx 320 k2

If the nx320k2 has the same pin configuration it should work
