yes it is smaller than 1.0 fluid ounce ....Its .24 Fluid ounces thats approx 1/4 fl ounce........Ive used this product for the past couple years and a bottle does last a long time and it really works

It does not hurt or sting...and, by the way, it is very effective in closing cracks in skin, but expect to apply multiple applications to achieve complete closure.

Q: would this work on a cracked nail?

I use the regular New-Skin Liquid Bandage, 1 Ounce for cracks on nails and it works pretty well. I actually figured this out one day when my nail cracked in the middle of the nail bed (ouch!) and it was impossible to rip the nail off without being in severe pain. So I had a 'lightbulb' moment and crabbed my New-Skin Liquid Bandage and painted it on my nail (it has a brush just like a nail polish brush) and covered my nail in it, 2 applications. 2 weeks later my nail grew long enough to where I was able to file it down with no pain at all. Now, I use the New-Skin Liquid Bandage for nail cracks (natural nails) so I can give my nail an extra week or two to grow out to where I can file it down to the same length as my other nails! Just be careful when doing the dishes or washing your hair so as to not bend your nail too much.
