Excellent chair and fairly portable. I have recently used this with watercolor painting "plen air". I have carried out and used it on several painting sites. It's comfortably. It's a bit on the heavy side. But for me, it is necessary to have to a comfortable chair to sit on while painting outdoors at sites I travel to. This was the best. I'm 68 years old and was looking for a chair I could take anywhere to sit and get out of. This is perfect. Light, strong, and high enough.Chair was ready to go out of the bag. Just place the armrests in place, and sit.

Excellent chair…bar height makes for easy in and out…sturdy…great for surf fishing

I got this chair because I do craft shows and wanted to get up and down more easily to help my customers. I really like the height (I am 5'5) and the ease of putting it together. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the arms always come off if you go to move it - I know they are like that to make it easier to fold up and down (and it does) I just wish they didn't come off so easy. That being said I really like this chair (I did get it on black friday weekend too so it was a little cheaper then) and my sister, who has some mobilithy issues, tried it out to and really likes the ease of getting in and out of it.

Great height, good quality. Using at work for remote PC HVAC work. As a controls contractor I used to use a tripod and a normal camp chair, this was okay. BUT now, with a tripod or the magnet base, I am so much more comfortable, for the long programming sessions. Highly recommended, the only Con: sometimes a bit bulky and returning to the bag is a small struggle.

If you miss a step in opening or closing it it's almost impossible to fix. It is comfortable and well made. It's good for it's price.

This chair has saved my aching back and hip. I broke my hip last year and needed a tall chair because it was so difficult and painful to get up out of my regular dining room chairs due to the fact that they are so low. I love the fact that this chair is portable so I can take it with me to any place I think I might need it as I still use it even though my hip replacement surgery was successful. I find it's easier to get in and out of and easier on my back than, for example, camping chairs for outdoor gatherings. It's easy to take down and put up using common sense. It took me a bit the first time but now I can take it down or put it up in minutes. And it comes with a carry bag which makes it easy to tote wherever I go. Highly recommend you purchase this chair if you are in need of a tall chair as I am.

I ordered this chair for hair days with my child. This chair has saved my back! It sits up high. Is easy to assemble and disassemble. Putting it back in the bag can be a bit tricky but not overly complicated and I love the arm rest! Good quality. Sturdy. Not heavy but I also would not say that it is "lightweight".
