It is recommended that it be taken in the morning and in the afternoon. I take Macapause once a day, 2 in the AM before eating anything. My husband, who uses this product for men and is 73, takes 2 in the morning and 2 at bedtime with no problem.

Yes, This stuff works

It a matter of two weeks of taking two pills a day (before my workout) you will definitely feel a boost down there and will your overall energy levels. I've tried many Maca Root products and this company got it right.
