It's just like the original with an inexpensive price tag on it. It works really well and quick too.

Less coughing
The container is good and sturdy, get a lot for the price. Needed to get this to help with the draining from hay fever in spring and summer, also helps keeps the coughing down, a side effect from having a very bad case of bronchitis from a few years ago.
