It's fun
It's very fun to have for the price. You should know the cones that come with it are trash... they smell horrible and burn for like 2-5 minutes max. The incense waterfall itself it's easy to use and relatively compact. The glass is plenty thick enough for the heat. It isn't the easiest thing in the world to (properly) clean but make sure to clean it regularly anyways because the oil from the cones collect on the top dropper "ledge" or whatever and it smells pretty bad... Also gets dirty.

5 stars for the burner, but the incense scents are not great.
The color and design of this burner are perfect (for me). I like to watch the as the smoke cascades to the bottom. It is sometimes not as amazingly smoky as the video shows, but with some use, you get the hang of how to properly set the incense. Speaking of... let's talk about longevity and scent. These are fast burning and as far as I can tell, the colors mean nothing. They all smell the same to me and that smell is just... smoky. I use stick incense in my other holder for the scent (Chakra brand). I only use these when I want to feel chill and watch the smoke.I leave this sitting out on my coffee table as the color goes well with the living room and it is pretty. I would recommend as long as you can accept that you don't want to get it for the scent of the included incense.

No Aromatherapy with these cones
I gave it a 4 just for the spacekeeper I love the beautiful waterfall and the smoke looks pretty sliding down. However the little incense cones do not smell good at all, no aromatherapy there (I'm stuck with 100 smelly cones) I had to find somewhere to buy good incense

Promotion and disappointment
I really don't know how to rate this order on a whole, the burner was fascinating, if your goal in purchasing this item was visual. It's mesmerizing to watch how it naturally channels the smoke up the channels, if the smoke was colored it would even be better. But if the purpose of purchasing this product was to get a pleasant fragrant incense to burn for the wonderful smell throughout your room....?Well.... Half satisfied, the burner is more than I expected, it's like watching a smoke fountain, and can be quite relaxing to watch. But,,my 1st clue I was going to be extremely disappointed...Seeing over 100 triangle shaped colorful incense, thateach color was it's own distinct fragrance, all bagged together in one bag!BUT, what SHOCKED ME MOST.... I certainly expected to experience at LEAST, a fragrance as I cut Open the bag of " fragrant INCENSE"?!At least All the described smell's, mingled together?ABSOLUTELY, NO SMELL AT ALL! Honestly, I even wondered if maybe I had Covid, effecting my smell.Asked other's, Healthy people, and... NO, NOTTA,...NAH,.... NOTHING!But... Yes, it's nice to watch as the smoke swirrels though the misty looking fountain channels, EVEN burning, there isn't a detectable smell, fragrance,.. oder. So if you purchase for the visual effect, Great !But, if you, like myself, purchased with anticipation the wonderful different fragrances you would smell throughout your rooms,..Well,... Then, I'm terribly sorry for your disappointment.just be sure to find quality fragrant incense, that actually smells!GOOD, BAD anything,But will smell/

Calming Incense Flow
As you can see in the picture it does what it’s supposed to! I’m assuming it’s actually glazed a turquoise teal blue with brownish tones and the shine is amazing. I’ve received several compliments on it and the incense that it came with actual smell decent. I’d say each one burns within 5-10 mins but the smell lingers for at least an hr. Overall I love this burner!

What You Should Know Before You Buy This
College student here to give an honest review.I was shaky about getting this since there were so many differing reviews, but ended up getting it anyways. A few things you may want to know (that I wish I knew before I got it):1.) It's a little tricky at first to learn how to line up the incese cone with the hole on top since the hole on the top is kind of on a slant. Besides figuring that part out, it's fine. Definently annoying because I thought I would be able to place the cone on a flat surface and not have to deal w putting it at a slight angle and having to deal w ashes spilling on the top of the thing if the cone tipped over.2.) The colors are a bit different than in the picture (I definitely like this coloring better though). In the picture, the top half is blue and fades to purple in the bottom half (what I ordered). The one I received is a darker blue on the top which fades into a dark brown on the bottom.3.) If you have a fan running in any of the surrounding rooms, it will disrupt the smoke fall. Not just fans but air vents/anything that moves air in the slightest (even waving your hands will disrupt the smoke!). If you have an area where there's not much air movement, or your air vents aren't constantly pumping, then it's great. It took a couple tries to get the smoke water fall going, but when it did, I really enjoyed it.3.) There's a little compartment at the bottom where the smoke flows into that you can place the burning incense cone to finish burning. Since the incense cone maintains it's shape as ash, it may confuse some people when they try to pick it up and it falls apart and makes a mess. Instead, when the cone is about 1/4 through burning, just pick it up with the tweezers and place it in the bottom part to finish burning. The ceramic will keep the fire and ash from spreading.4.) If you go to Google and review some credible sights (.edu, .gov, etc), you will read that as incense burns it releases particulates into the air that are labeled as lung irritants. Not only that, but as being possibly carcinogenic (meaning it will cause cancer). In the box, a note came from the company saying to not worry about health issues, but they don't mention any of these things. I feel that everyone who wants to burn incense should be aware of this, and the company should say how they have attempted to lessen the potential effects from breathing in these air particles (or at least make everyone aware incase they want to light it constantly and are always breathing it in).5.) The smell lingers. Personally, I really like this because I like the smell of incense and it means I don't have to light a lot of the cones constantly. Usually, I light one every few days to a week to watch the smoke water fall--but when I do light another, the scent is still there.6.) This will require you to wipe it down once every week to two weeks. The hole where the cone burns on will build up some burnt cone residue around the hole. This is an easy fix, all you have to do is take a paper towel with some water and wipe it up (sometimes you need to put a little elbow grease into it).
