Why Did I Pay More?
This product has a light, sweet taste which doesn't overpower so we like it very much. However, it's not easy to find. WF use to carry it. But Gelson's does for quite a bit less than Amazon. It's worth it, though I don't really like to pay more. If you can find it at the stores, do so. But if not, this honey is the best for a light sweet honey taste.

It’s the best honey. Worth the extra money.
This honey is definitely Healing and it taste good. Honey taken with some Himalayan rock salt before bed will help you rest really well. I’ve ordered many jars of this honey. It’s fantastic.

Light and Sweet
Light in color and taste, sweet without overpowering fruit or mint teas. It is expensive, but Acacia and Star Thistle honeys are my top choices for pastry toppings.
