Very yummy! if you are grain free this is a good choice. The protein is better then regular in my opinion because it is less grainy and dry. The texture is almost like a regular pancake. They smell a little nutty, but still amazing! They cook quickly, like normal pancakes and can make an easy breakfast!

I absolutely love this mix! I’ve never made pancakes but I regularly make waffles with a mini waffle maker (4” waffles). You absolutely get 20 - 4” waffles from this box and this batter is pretty forgiving. I’ve had problems with equipment that has totally altered the batter and still got perfectly edible waffles. So if you feel the need to thin out the batter, you can definitely do that and still have success. I’ve added cacao nibs, collagen powder, protein powder, banana powder (ground up freeze dried bananas) at various times and again, not had any issues with my waffles turning out. I’m definitely going to try other fruits or go savory! Also, they make your house smell so good while making them!Lastly, I think the texture is perfect. But I mix it up in a small blender, not by hand. My waffles are always fluffy and delicious. The best part about the Original mix is it’s a blank canvas for your culinary taste!

I finally got to open the package today. The pancake mix is truly delicious but it comes with a one time use. I tried for 6 pancakes it barely made enough for a one time use. It's good but, it's not for more uses than one.

These were SO good! Small amount of mix for the price, but makes delicious light fluffy pancakes. I made silver dollar pancakes. They're made from almond flour. I've found that almond flour isn't heavy. It's lightweight and a great flour substitute. I purchased these for my grandkid who has Type 1 diabetes. I thought they might keep his sugar down because there's no starch which turns to sugar along with the syrup. He couldn't

This pancake mix is great.I really like that it is gluten free and that it is made with healthy ingredients.I like that it is easy to make.This mix tends to be thin so my first batch of pancakes came out small and thin but delicious.I like the pancakes a little thicker, so I will adjust the liquid next time.I really like the texture and pumpkin flavor of the pancakes. They taste delicious.I am pleased with this pancake mix.
