What do you mean by softening the water? Is it a water source? The RO system can't be used on this alkaline water ionizer. The machine filters and softens tap water

The ionizer has a waste pipe. What is it for - does the ionizer produce alkaline water as well as acidic water (can be used for cleaning etc)

When you choose acidic water, the main water pipe will flow out acidic water, and the waste pipe will flow out alkaline water. However, the parameters of the acid-alkaline water flowing out of the waste pipe cannot be compared with the parameters of the acid-base water flowing out of the main water pipe
