Hyperice Ice Compression Device, Sport Knee

Really loved this product when I hurt my knee. I purchased 5 different knee compression packs and this was by far my favorite one. After my knee was healed, I stored this in my closet for a year. Until I hurt my knee again. When I took it out, the bladder was completely stuck together. I filled with warm water and tried to slowly separate it, unfortunately the bladder tore completely in half. Really should've lasted longer or had some instructions on proper storage. Would definitely be 5 stars if not for the tearing. Wish I could buy just a replacement bladder.

I'm a big guy (6'4" and 275 lbs) with big legs, and was worried that this might be too small. I could probably be bit larger and still have it fit.... this seems to be a well-designed and well-thought-out product that makes icing your knee much more effective than just using ziploc bags. As other reviewers have pointed out, the bag that holds the ice seems a little thin -- which is good for getting the ice on your knee -- but may not bode well for long-term usage. I'll update in 6 months or so.They recommend crushed ice in using, but it works very well with the slivers that come out of my refrigerator's ice-maker. It does get better once the slivers melt a little (the compression will push the ice around your knee better the smaller the ice is.)That said, I'm very happy I purchased, and I can say it's definitely the best knee-icing solution I've found.

I'm disappointed in what I expected to be an ice pack that you can wear while doing things other than having to sit or lie down while icing. But the brace with the ice pack is too heavy to stay in place, and it just slides down. Also, the whole process of filling the ice pack with the synthetic ice and then having to return the synthetic ice to its original container, then wash out the ice pack is cumbersome. As if that weren't enough to make me dissatisfied, the third time I put the synthetic ice into the rubber pack, the rubber tore and now is no longer usable. Spending $100 for both the brace and the synthetic ice was WAY too much for a product that promises so much but fails in so many ways.

Really impressive product, front to back from, ease of use to the actual quality of the compression wrap itself it feels like no part of the product made it through without being improved in some way before putting out to the public. Very easy product to use, the only issue if you can even call it that that I have with the product is because of the pressure relief valve you are either forced into buying their Hyperice Fuel, which for forty dollars is an okay pill to swallow or the other option would be to have some type of smaller pellet ice on hand for use. Either way the antiinflmatory benefits of the product more than outweigh the heavy price tag if youre using them with a good frequency like after basketball practices or heavy impact sports where your knees may be at risk, highly recommend product overall.

This works very well. HOWEVER, the bag is very thin. The internal surfaces can stick together when not in use. I tried to blow it up like a surgical glove to unstick the surfaces and it ripped. If this happens try warm water. The company did replace the bag under warranty.

Every once and a while you come across a product or company that you wish you could give more that 5 stars. Not only is Hyperice an outstanding product (I'm using it to recovery from ACL reconstruction surgery) but the people at Hyperice,wow, they truly set this company a part form the rest. Don't hesitate, pick one up and try it yourself !!!

Total garbage. I was honestly shocked to receive this particular product as such a low quality representative of Hyperice products. I own a hypervolt from same company and it’s well constructed. The problem is the ice bladder. Arrived stuck to itself and was very thin. Had holes. Totally unacceptable. There is no way this product would last a day with this sort of quality. I’m even thinking I was sold a counterfeit product it was so inferior. Mind blowing how crappy this thing is....and I’m not the only one who has experienced this problem after reading other reviews. Be warned.

Ice bag leaks water - recommend nobody purchase this until Hyperice fixes this problem AND makes my purchase right (hard to access the 1 year warranty when nobody response to emails or, if you can believe it, is available to answer the customer service phone line). 3/30 amendment - Hyperice did get in touch with me and quickly sent a replacement ice bag and cap under the warrant. All is good now and I really like the knee device
