Excellent Chair, Easy to Assemble, and Complaints Busted.....
I wanted to write this review mainly because I felt that a number of the complaints that I read the reviews that rated this chair low, IMHO, are just plain wrong, and those gave this chair some negative reviews for no reason.First, let me explain my ratings as I did not rate this chair on Support, nor for Gaming because I did not need to contact support, and I am using this as an office chair for use will conducting business, and not for gaming. The reason that I purchased a "gaming chair" instead of an office chair is because:1. I like the way gaming chairs feel when you sit in them, almost like a racing bucket seats in a car (only a lot more comfortable).2. Because the colors of this chair match part of my Companies brand colors, which is the Orange and Black.I decided on this particular chair because I was looking to replace another "Gaming" chair that I purchase previously, which cost half the price, and actually got pretty good reviews, but sadly only lasted 8 months before things started to break down . Within the first couple months the arms came loose, then the gas cylinder went bad, then at 15 months, the wheels broke off, as the base they seat into literally broke and the wheels could no longer be held into the base of the chair. So due to that, I learned when it comes to chairs, you really do get what you pay for. This time I decided to look for a chair that cost a little more money, and I paid a little more attention to the quality of the reviews, and what they had to say about how well this chair was built and how comfortable it was particularly for bigger people, as I am a big guy at 6 feet tall and 250 pounds and usually big people and "Gaming" chairs generally don't go well together. :(I also wanted to address some of the complaints about this chair I read, and give you my take on them, whether they are really a problem, and whether they warrant lowering the review of the chair as far as whether they are just a matter of personal preference, a true problem, or complete deal breakers. So first let me start by saying that the box arrived (quite heavy at just over 50lbs.), neatly packed with a set of illustrated assembly instructions easy to understand and also provides and inventory of what should be in the box. I got the entire chair fully assembled in about 30 minutes. The box contained all of the bolts, lock washers, screws, and a very strong multi tool to drive the bolts and screws in. I specifically mentioned the strength of the multi tool because usually the tools included for furniture assembly are usually utterly useless and either strips or doesn’t fit snuggly and causes the hardware to strip when trying to put them together. This was not the case here. Also as an interesting note, they actually included a pair of one-size-fits-all white gloves so that while your putting the chair together, you don’t get the leather dirty from the oil that is on the bolts or anything else. Pretty cool forward thinking on their part. 😊 The other nice thing which shows the companies thoroughness in forward thinking, each of the bolts has thread lock on them. While assembling I noticed that each bolt seated firmly into nuts that were firmly built into the structure of the chair. In other chairs I have had, the nuts were either loosely held in place with some kind of glue or, just a nut placed into some cheap pressboard which usually cause the wood to strip and the nut becomes useless especially when trying to tighten down hard enough so that they don't come losee. This entire chair is bolted together quite sturdily and very easy to assemble, and with the threadlock on the bolts. they won't becoming lose anytime soon. So, I gave it 5 Stars for ease of assembly. While I did not give it a rating for Gaming, I will make a note that unlike some other gaming chairs I have seen, this chair doesn't have any speakers in the headrest or USB ports etc. It’s just simply a chair "Gaming" by it's styling, however, it did come with a full size “Muzzo” branded neoprene keyboard / mouse pad. The pad is 31 inches long by 12 inches wide. It is the perfect size to fit on your desk under your keyboard and mouse with plenty of room to spare. If you had a Gaming Keyboard, Gaming Mouse, and a Gaming Keypad, they would all fit comfortably on the pad. I thought that was a cool “gift” to include with the chair, and I actually found it incredibly useful since I didn’t have a mouse pad, as most laser / optical mice these days don’t really require any special surface to use. However, it certainly makes it more comfortable to rest my wrists on the pad rather then directly on my desk and now things aren't sliding around on my desk. I definitely did not expect anything like that to be included with the chair, so for me, it was much appreciated! They also included a lumbar pillow which you can see in the center of my picture. What’s nice about this pillow is that you can move it up or down the entire back of the seat. It has elastic straps with clip locks on each side that run all the way from top to bottom or simply take it off (or don’t attach it) if you choose not to use it.. So where ever you feel most comfortable with it, you can simply slide it up or down. The arm rest on the chair also have about a 1-1.5in adjustable slot where the arms rests bolt to the bottom of the chair, this is great for larger people like myself, because it gives you an extra 2 to 3 inches of width between the arm rests which certainly makes a big difference in being able to adjust the chair for comfort. They also have a locking adjustment to move the rests up and down, with a 3-inch travel, so you can move them up or down by 3 inches on each side to tailor your arms to where you are most comfortable.I do believe that the chair is covered with real leather, and if it’s not, it’s the most realistic leather I have seen. It is soft and supple, something I don’t usually use to describe a chair, but I don’t know how else to say it 😊. The chair is modeled after a Racing Seat which is nice, because when you sit in the chair, you’re literally sitting “in” the chair. The seat is very much a bucket seat, so you sit down into it, and the sides come up and kind of hug your thighs. This is usually where being a big person becomes a problem with such gaming chairs. However, the seat cushioning is well padded, and rather than sitting on a piece of wood with a small piece of foam over it, this chair actually has (I believe Nylon) straps across the bottom that hold the seat. This is fantastic because you sink into the seat and you don’t hit a hard bottom. The straps give the seat a very comfortable seat. It’s certainly one of the most comfortable seats I have sat in for a chair of its kind. You can certainly tell that this chair is not some cheaply thrown together gaming chair, it was made for a purpose, and made for comfort and it shows in the construction, padding, and features. Because the seat is a bucket seat, and does have the side that come up a bit, it might be a slight bit uncomfortable for us bigger people, however, I simply over came this by taking a small gel cushion that I have because I have really bad back problems, so sitting on anything hard is difficult for me, so while I don’t have any issues at all with the seat being hard, because its not and is very comfortable, I did need to raise myself slightly so hat I sat a little higher and the side cushions were no longer a problem for me. Had I not had this gel cushion, I can honestly say that the \seat is still quite comfortable and I would likely get used to it being a little tight because the cushioning does its job and keeps you comfortable. I just needed that little extra for it to be perfect for me, and each person will have to make the determination as to what feels best for them. The seat itself has a 3-inch travel from lowest to highest, and an approximate measurement from the top of the seat cushion to the floor when the chair is at its highest, it is about 21 inches from the floor, and about 18 inches at it’s lowest. This is more then enough travel for most people to accommodate the average person’s line of sight from the chair to the users display. This is easily adjusted with the lever on the side, just like any other chair. Simply pull up to go down, to bring the height back up, stand up and pull the level up and the chair goes back up. I believe I read one complaint stating that they didn’t like that they had to stand up for the chair to go up, however, I have yet to see an office chair that works that way, so certainly there are no complaints on how this operates from me.Next, we have the other comfort features and where some of the biggest complaints I have read come in to play. To the right side at the back where the back rest and seat come together is a very easy to access and use level that allows you to recline the back of the chair. It operates just like a parking brake in a car, just without the button to disengage it. If you want to recline, you simply pull up on the ergonomic handle and lean back. However, use caution, because of you go back to fast you might wind up on your head lol… The seat back will go from 90 degrees to a full 180 degrees so your laying flat. It’s quite nice if you want to lay back and watch a movie or something, however, since it does not come with a built-in leg rest like some others, you may want to have something near by if you feel more comfortable that way. The back does have a spring so when you are going back you have to lean back to move it back into the position your most comfortable in. This is also the spring that when you want to sit back up, the spring pulls the seat back into its upright position. The complaint I read on this was that its in the back and difficult to access, which is hogwash! When you are sitting upright in the chair with you arms on the arms rests, the level would be right under your right elbow, and very easy to access regardless of your size. However, since it, like the level to move the seat up or down, are both on the right side, this would prove difficult for anyone who may not be able to use their right arm for one reason or another. The controls are not redundant so they can not be accessed by your left hand while sitting ion the chair. This is true for most chairs, but I felt it important to mention this for anyone that may unfortunately have a disability and need to have left-handed controls as this chair does not.The seat back is also built like a racing seat with the sides that wrap around a bit from the base to the shoulders. They are nicely padded, and even though they hug your upper body, it is quite comfortable even for me.There is also a tilt or pitch adjustment which will adjust the angle of the seat itself. This provides you with your preference of how deep you want to sit in the chair. It will adject the angle of the seat either forward (front down and back up) or back (front up and back down). Now this got the most complaints because it’s located under the seat close to the gas cylinder which you really can not access while actually sitting in the seat. Now, I understand why this got complaints because there really is no way to adjust this while sitting in the chair, however, I have sat in a large number of chairs and chairs that have this adjustment knob rarely have them in an easily accessible area. In fact, many office chairs have this knob in the back of the chair behind the gas cylinder, so for this reason I really don’t consider this to be an issue nor anything to negatively rate this chair. Yes, it would be great if you could access this while your sitting in the chair, however, many chairs don’t even offer this feature, those that do, I have rarely seen one you can access while in the chair, and more importantly, this is one of those adjustments that once you get it to the position your most comfortable with, your likely to never change it again, ever. So to complain about this and give the rating fewer stars because of the location of this adjustment to me is being nitpicky, especially when you consider the overall quality of the chair, it’s comfort, and the manufacturer’s warranty (which I am pasting right from the product description on the Amazon Page…“Return or exchange within 30 days from the delivered date. FREE replacement parts provided for one year and for installation problems, damage and missing parts within1 year. Replace & refund within 1 month.”Cheaper look-a-like chairs offer little to no warranty, and if they do, they tend to cover only catastrophic failures, but tend not to respond to any attempts to contact them and if they do respond, you have to prove that you weren’t using it as a trampoline before they take your word that the problem is from something defective.Over all, I rated this chair a full 5 Stars. After having multiple chairs and being a larger person, I don’t find many chairs comfortable, let alone chairs that are designed as “Gaming” chairs. They tend to look great, but once you look closer you notice all the areas where they are strictly cosmetic to look great, but their construction is anything but. However, with the Muzzo GamingChair, you will get a chair that looks great, feels great, and most importantly, its build quality is impressive. When they designed this chair, they designed it, likely knowing that “Gamers” tend to spend a lot of time in their chairs, they built it with comfort and durability in mind. There is no cheap wood or flimsy component parts, and they built it to last. For me, what sets the Muzzo Gaming Chair apart from other manufacturers is the attention to detail and the end users. Things that to some may sound silly, such as putting thread lock on the bolts. Some may think that is a no brainer, however, I can’t say that I have ever purchased a chair that had this. They provided a set of one size fits all white gloves, so that you can put their chair together without getting the preservation oil on the hardware (which prevents rust or corrosion while in storage, before being shipped) so that you don’t dirty up the awesome leather coverings. A simple, easy to understand, illustrated assembly guide, not written, so that regardless of your primary language, anyone can easily assemble the chair. Of course, my favorite, the full-size desk keyboard / mouse pad, and lastly, their warranty. All of this shows that their priority is the customer. The end user who will be using this chair, and having considered that the chair needs to be built well and for longevity. Gamers tend to give their chairs a lot of use, and need a chair that will stand the test of time, and do so with comfort. Muzzo has delivered in my opinion, and I definitely disagree with the reasons behind the negative reviews that have been given in other reviews here.I hope that this review will help those looking for a good “Gaming” chair or, like myself, an office chair that feels like a “Gaming” chair but are on the fence because of the bad reviews which some have given it. While I can not say how good their support is, or how quickly they may respond etc. I can only provide my feedback on what they say they offer, which is more than many others offer and if this chair lasts as long as it’s build quality is, I suspect that I will never have to find out how good their support is, which would be fantastic, and better then any of the last couple chairs I have purchased, though I will be honest, in the past, I was a little bit of a cheap slate when it came to my chairs as I never thought a chair would be worth spending the extra money for. That said, the price of this chair really is quite reasonable and if I am able to still be enjoying this chair a year or two from now, then the price of this chair would be a steal!Best Regards!

Awesome, 5 Stars!
Review is for the Musso Contoured Gaming Chair. As you can tell from any gaming chair review... pros and cons are highly subjective. This is my first true gaming and overall quality chair for my office that's over $50... So that's where my previous baseline starts from.Package arrived at my door with a large hole in the cardboard, yet chair was packed decently in order to avoid this type of damage. Assembly tool and cloth gloves included to make your setup easier. No other tools were needed.I'm 5'9", 185 lbs so this fit me just fine. Gaming chairs of this type are built to slightly hug you, so if your body mass is more on the "super extreme side" you may not like this or any similar gaming chair. Comfort wise, it fills the bill nicely when sitting for extended times. Being able to quickly adjust the angle from your current seated position is another nice plus.Having the "chair back" being able to clear my desk when swiveling the chair a full 360° (without moving the base) to get at another desk 180° away was a nice added benefit that I didn't even consider until I tried it. I won't be using the full recline mode, yet it works just fine. Arm height and width are adjustable, with the arms being comfortable yet not too soft.I purchased the black and white model, and having this as my chair for online video conferences really makes an additional positive statement about my overall appearance.NOTE: I noticed there was a YouTube Internet influencer (Alex Becker) that had this chair for over a year, doing daily extended live videos. Although he never mentioned anything about the chair one way or the other, that in and of itself let me know it was perfect for hours on end and could effortlessly handle daily use. The chair's unique style and company logo made it easy to look up on Amazon. If the price frightens you (it's not cheap, although it is in-line with other quality chairs in its price range), just remember the old adage: cry once up front when you initially purchase it... and you'll never have to cry again!Pros:• Comfortable & adjustable. 5*'s.• (100% quiet, does NOT squeek at all)• 360% spin radius (clears desk) while at my deskCONS: None, even after several months.NOTE:• $ investment needed for quality & comfort (fyi: goes for ANY chair... Yet you get what you pay for and more).CONCLUSION:Just get it... I did and I'm very glad with my choice!I could see where this chair can help individuals that may have back issues, since it is extremely supporting and comfortable.(FYI: This is the first review I have ever DEFENDED. DO NOT believe the negative reviews, other than their minor preference issues. Seems like nowadays more than a few seem to troll or have fun cyberbullying these reviews unjustly.)

Good support and size excellent customer service
Update 2: Seller was very responsive as we worked through the broken seat cushion. We went back and forth for a few rounds of questions and explaining the issue. Responses were always no later than the next day including the weekend. I appreciate that part. At first they offered $30 refund since they didn't have orange in stock. Once I explained and demonstrated the damage made the chair unusable they offered to send a complete replacement of a chair they had in stock. Again, very much appreciated that at the end the right thing was done.Update 1: Unfortunately the chair broke within 10 months. By breaking i don't mean something external that could've been abused like a wheel or armrest. The metal frame inside the seat cushion snapped and is now sticking out of the seat. Chair is under warranty so let's see if i get a hard time having it fixed or replaced. I'll update this review to reflect the warranty service.Original review: I bought this mainly because it was a bit wider than the others. Chair looks good, easy to assemble and for the most part pretty comfortable.
