Ring is badly machined. Pinches and the holes don't align well.

This is just generally difficult to use.The design is odd and the ring is badly put together.The holes have burrs from the drilling which make it hard to slide the lock in in addition to just being badly aligned.The sleeve is nice itself. For something temporary the metal ring can be replaced by shoestring if nothing else.
