Patons Shetland Chunky Yarn, 3.5 oz, Earthy Brown, 1 Ball

I’m knitting a little coat ( hoodie ) for my grandson which will fit him for the Fall! I love the color and it knits up fast ( great for me because I have 2 other projects I’m also knitting.

I needed to order 16 skeins of yarn, and I hesitated to do so here because some of the reviews said they had trouble with color variation even inside the same dye lots. I'm thrilled to say that wasn't an issue at all! All sixteen skeins arrived so close in tone and depth of color that I can't tell a difference even between dye lots. It's soft and thick and I love the autumnal colors so, so much. I will absolutely buy Patons Shetland yarn again, though likely in different colors for a different product. I got plenty for this one!

The yarn was good for what I needed, and I just looked a little thin. I think I forgot what chunky yarn just looked like but it was good and very pretty

I love the colors and quality of this yarn needed for a special project. I was unable to get it from my usual source so succumbed to the inflated price.

This is one of my favorite yarns, very soft and easy to work with!

Bought this yarn, thought it was a different colour but when it came in it reminded me of dorthys ruby red slippers, which i absolutely loved. I intended to make a scarf with this yarn but ended il knitting two pairs of fingerless gloves for my coworkers at work. The enetertwined fabric keeps our hands warn while working, love the feel!

I like working with this yarn but you really have to adjust your crochet hook and adjust your pattern if it requires a 6 yarn because this is a 5.
