I was replacing my dated recessed can lights in my dining room. Whoever cut out the holes for the lights did a terrible job, so when I went to install my flush mount LED puck lights, there were hideous gaps, making it impossible for the lights to sit flat on the ceiling. I was scouring the internet for a solution and stumbled on these. They’re the perfect size for 6 inch puck lights, so when these arrived, I was able to install them quickly and was really impressed with the end result. They look totally professional while covering up any unsightly gaps and allowing the lights to sit flush on the ceiling. Definitely recommend these! I’ll be ordering another set as I have another light that will need one of these. Kind of wish you could buy singles as that’s all I need now.

Buy it you will not regret it, this is a major life saver for covering up larger holes cut out in ceiling with can lights, it covers up the hole perfectly when the replacement ceiling light was just a little too small, these goof rings are made of plastic but are strong heavy plastic and not flimsy. And are bright white. They fit wonderfully and work great, easy install. I highly recommend these, they do the trick and cover up the unsightly larger hole cut out in ceiling sheetrock.

These work great with the lights I purchased to replace my old recessed lights. The easily slip around the lights without blocking the spring arms so that they secure to the ceiling perfectly. If you have cut the holes a little big or are replacing lights with a slightly larger diameter than your new lights the are a great quick fix.

We were changing over to LED retrofits in our kitchen and living room, however for some reason, both brands offered by both of our local big box stores(Orange and White, and Blue and White), the ring seemed slightly smaller than the originals. This left just a small gap depending on that particular fixture.Bought these and they work great!!! Only thing is, they aren't quite pure white. Mine were just a shade off white. Not that noticeable at a glance, but since I was putting up 10 of them, I noticed they don't quite match the ceiling or the LED retrofit fixtures. Just a little more eggshell than both of those. Only bad enough to take off 1 star.

These fixed up the sloppy hole problem when my can lights were add by a sub-par contractor installation. They are a glossy finish, whereas most recessed lights have a matte finish, but then again I didn't look to see if there was an option for matte. Regardless, these paired perfectly with 6" recessed LED lights by AMICO that I got off AMZN as well. Definitely check the diameter of your light and compare with the inside dimension of the product before ordering. It's an extremely good value and a nice natural fit. They take 1 minute to fix up the rough holes versus many hours (and days) with joint compound/drying/sanding/painting.

Perfect and even though it’s glossy it took spray paint with no prep work so I was easily able to match the color.

These are amazing and add a beautiful element to the appearance of the existing lights. We will definitely order more to use for ALL of our lights
