So far, so good!
Been using it for two days now, so far I’m impressed and glad I bought it. Rolls very easily. It won’t easily roll over a thick extension cord like some people complained about but that’s not a reasonable expectation in my opinion. Stitching is solid unlike some who complained. It’s very sturdy, the backrest makes it much more comfortable than the flat seat I used to have and sometimes slid off of. The notch in the upper backrest makes it easy to grab to pick up, and the seat back gives me something to push against with my hands to assist my weak knees when I get up. Took tray is nice and large. At first I had a problem that I thought would result in a one star rating and a return. After assembled, the seat was stuck in the lowest position. I ran to the reviews and found another person had the same problem, he rated it one star and apparently never resolved it. I thought crap, I need this thing now but I have to return it since the lowest position is way too low for my long legs. But I could not get the seat to come off to disassemble it no matter how hard I tried. How am I going to send it back if I can’t repackage it? Out of frustration, I pulled up on the handle so hard that I thought I’d break it. I expected to bend the handle by pulling so hard but it didn’t, and then suddenly pop, up went the seat! Now works fine. Very stable, comfortable, easy to move around, and most of all… it looks great! Envious looks firm neighbors when working on the car in the driveway.

I love it!
Update 8-9-22:I still love my chair! It's made doing the things I need to do so much easier. The seat gives better support & is more comfortable than I expected. And recently one of the wheels lost all its bearings. So I contacted the company & talked to a lady named named Meg. She was so helpful & took the steps to take care of the problem. She didn't hesitate to help me. I would totally recommend not just the chair but the company & how they took care of me as well!!! Thank you Traxion!June 2021:I love it! I just got it so this is what I can tell you about it right now. It was super easy to put together so if there are any ladies out there that need something like this it's only 5 nuts & assembling the parts in the right order. I plan on using it for my gardening. It has a somewhat smaller wheel radius than my office chair. The tray underneath the seat can hold a lot of stuff & you can rotate it for easier access to what you need. The casters roll really smoothly. It's often hard to find things like this that are built to handle us plus size gals but this feels really safe & sturdy. The seat is comfortable. It doesn't fully support the lumbar area but they don't claim it does so that's something I knew before I bought it. I plan on getting a foam wedge to help with that. The seat is well padded & comfortable. The only thing that I could find to remotely wrong with this is that they wrote in the assembly manual that it takes a 11/16 wrench or socket but it actually takes a 9/16 wrench or socket. But it comes with a little wrench that fits it, although I would recommend using a socket instead of a wrench to fully tighten the nuts. So far I'm really happy with it. Everyone needs one of these.
I cannot imagine any diy’er or an hobbyist having a shop or garage without one of these. Especially for projects that require a lot of bending over. I bought one to use for installing door handles and trim on a remodeling project. Mine is really comfortable and rolls smoothly. Light enough to pick up and move around as needed. The storage bin spins easily allowing me to compartmentalize it for tools as needed. Has saved my back and knees on several projects now.

Nice stool seat covering needs improvement
The stool is well made with the exception of seat covering on the one that I have is already splitting around the upper back support area. I won’t return it just for this but I am disappointed…

Best stool on the market
This thing is AMAZING!!! I have never had such a comfortable stool before. It rolls effortlessly and is very well built. I would give it 7 stars if I could. I know that it's pricey, but it is WELL worth the money

A top-notch sit-upon creeper.
I have two work areas that are comprised of rough concrete. My last seat creeper is a homemade with 4 - 4-inch plastic wheels. It didn’t do bad but doesn’t hold a stick to the this new one. The TraXion takes the rough surfaces with barely any resistance. Besides the seat cushion is soft along with having a backrest. My experience with both of these sit-upon creepers is that they are easiest to navigate while backing. The TraxIon’s sizeable 360 degree rotating parts tray also makes tool access very convenient.
