Works great, on the first job anyway
This vise is really light, made for the most part out of a strong but lightweight plastic. So when it arrived and I got it out of the box, I wondered how well it would hold my shotgun. The one I was working on is a Remington 870 Express that I've had for years. It has a long barrel, an aftermarket extended extra-capacity magazine tube that's almost as long as the gun barrel, a taclight and mount, and a side saddle installed that holds 6 extra 12-gauge shells. Total length from butt to muzzle is about 49" so it's a fairly heavy gun considering the size from the factory and the aftermarket mods it's carrying.Recently I decided that I wanted to run a sling on it too, so needed to install a sling stud on the buttstock. I ordered this vise to help with doing that job properly. Well, despite my apprehension that the light plastic vise might not hold the gun securely, those fears were unfounded. Last night I set things up on the microwave table I use for meal prep in the kitchen and it worked like a champ. Completely satisfied and favorably impressed; I got the hole for the sling stud drilled, and the stud installed, without any issues whatsoever. No tipping of the gun while working on it; plenty of stability. The easy-to-secure gripping points did no damage to the shotgun's wood furniture. We'll see how the vise does on future jobs with this gun and others.

Hoppes Bore Light
This bore light is particularly easy to use and it's compact. Usually I upload a photo to go with my comment but because I use this so much in my day-to-day at work that I forgot to take the photo before coming home. I use this bore light on my day-to-day schedule at work as I take photos and photography for guns at the auction house that I work at which is McManus auctions you can find us on our website. What I like about this for light is allows us to see inside the barrels of any Glock pistol or revolver very easily with a light feature that bends to the right angle to be able to see inside of the gun. The only dislike that I have which isn't a big issue is that sometimes the light tip becomes detached from the actual light which is easy to clip right back on. It's definitely worth the value that you pay for it and if you're looking for product that allows you to see inside of a gun to get to see if the gun has been cleaned or fired this spore light does the job.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Get's the job done
I would have thought this would have been a bit beefier but it works well. Used it for mounting a scope and for cleaning. It's nice and light and while I don't think it will break.... it does feel a bit cheap. Price was right so we'll see how it does.

Don' throw away any old "C" clamps.
this works very well, but you will need two extra "C" clamps to hold it down when sighting in a scope rifle. I use a picnictable outside when doing this job. I shoot three separate targets once, then adjust scope to where the bullet hit. Thissaves a lot of ammunition. Once the setup is done, all I do is pull the trigger. Target is 100 yards.

OK for the price.
Does what it is supposed to do, but is flimsy. The vise barely holding the rifle, and tightening the knob results in thread skipping.
