Yes, phone was barely audible. Could not hear what it was saying or playing. Could not adjust sound.

Does it include complete songs? for example, if you have are happy and you know it. instead of simple tunes. How many songs does it include? Thanks

If I remember correctly it was just a random non recognizable song. The main issue was the volume was so low you couldn’t really tell what song it was playing. I do not recommend this toy.
