better get it repaired locally - the customer service is totally useless - they tell you to pay double the cost or buy new product. totally humbug customer service..

Yes, dual paring. Earphones work on any device compatible with bluetooth. So, it works on mobile and laptops including my car stereo!. Excellent product, no issues at all even after regular use for almost a year. Best part is, it catches good connectivity even if mobile or laptop is at a distance of 2 meters. Superb clarity but there is one issue - phone calls over bluetooth takes in surrounding disturbances. If you wear a crash helmet and talk to some one then its somewhat better.
