what is this mattress pad made of?

I just received this product for someone else and I failed to pay attention of the fabric content....there is no label at all on this product for the specific content. Being Microfiber thus means it is indeed a man-made synthetic material based product. Although soft (microfiber is meant to be), I regret not getting a cotton pad. I will just use it and accept this fact.

How thick is the padding? I'm used to similar items that have maybe 1/4" of padding.

This pad is THIN, 1/8-1/4" depending on how much you compress it when measuring. I do have to hunt for the thicker ones, as they are hard to find in the low-end chain stores, so I was surprised that it was not any thicker, more plush like i had hoped.

Is this mattress pad/cover waterproof? Thanks!

Does it dry well, and will it fit in a stackable dryer?

It washes and dries very well but I would dry it by itself. This stackable dryer sounds small. Check it about half way to untangle it.
