Traditional Italian Panettone Cake 2lbs | Imported from Italy | Italian Cake with Raisins and Dried Candied Orange Peels

The 2 lb. Bellamore Panettone with orange is excellent! It is very delicious, but the little bits of orange make it rank above the usual ones...not too much but just the right amount. It is a very high cake that is traditional, and beautiful. It is fresh and moist but it can still be toasted for an extra treat with coffee or tea. It also magically disappears very quickly.

Don't laugh, I've seen Pannetone in the grocery stores at Christmas but have never bought it - I had no clue what it was. It took at Hallmark Movie where they were making it from scratch to make me want to try it...but it was July and I didn't want to wait until December, so I figured Amazon would have Christmas in July. The prices seemed to range from about $15 to $45 so I chose a mid-range and I was not disappointed. The bread is light, nearly a croissant texture with a minimal amount of dried fruits so that the flavor is throughout but not overpowering with actual fruit...the bread is what makes this...its very light, but you are not eating air; the crust is firm so you can hold it, but it is not tough; it looks delicate, but it cuts smoothly with a knife. There is quite a lot of it so it will go around. I have it stored in the refrigerator and I understand it will store for quite some time. I will order more at Christmastime. Thank you for such a treat!

This is the real thing and delicious. Brings back childhood memories. Great out of the box, toasted, or 2 minutes in the air fryer. Buy it.

This is the only one I buy. Always very fresh and not dry. And it has no soy and modified ingredients.I do not react to it. My family and friends love it.It is a very nice size. When we open it.We can not stop eating it. Makes a nice gift.

It tastes ok, not as much dried fruit like others.

I grew up in the S.F. Bay Area & raised by my Italian dad. There was a bakery in S.F. that specialized in Panettone, it was something we could get year around at any Italian deli & during the holidays at pretty much every grocery store. I'm old now & i have eaten Panettone made by many brands. It should be heavy (aprox 2lbs), extremely moist, buttery, full of candied orange peel & sultanas. These are very labor intensive to make, here's an example: when the baker pulls it out of the oven, they have to immediately hang them upside down to cool, otherwise the domed top would collapse from its weight. "Bell'Amore Imports"🤌🏼Chefs kiss🤌🏼🫶🏼 Just open the bag, reach in & pull off/out a chunk & enjoy. If you don't go back for more... then go ahead & close up bag nice & secure. Then, "try" walking away from it, go ahead, trrryyyyy! A great value for your money, but only if you want an awesome experience, instead of just an ok experience. Just saying 😃

I initially ordered this for Pascha Celebration more as a symbol for the event, but was surprised at how fresh and good this panetone tasted. Not sure how they managed to make it stay so fresh but I will be ordering more. The flavors come from natural sources, it has pieces of orange peel and other fruit. Also its a family size, 6.5 inch wide and 6 inch tall. I am very pleased with this purchase. Thank you
