Can a 300lb person use this treadmill?

It says its rated for 265lbs. Most treadmills are rated at 220 lbs.

What is the return policy?

Got in touch with Amazon Customer Care. The return policy is the standard 30-day return that Amazon offers on almost all purchases. There are sporting goods insurance options available to add separately at the time of purchase which will handle repairs etc. But the standard return policy is 30 days provided by Amazon.

I just received the treadmill and cant get the belt to start up. The lights are on but nothigns happening with the remote- is there another button???

For anyone troubleshooting this problem that comes across this post I wanted to share the resolution I found. If you have the arm to the treadmill up with the power on and you disconnect the magnet it will throw code E07. while the magnet is still disconnected and the code is on the screen press power on the remote and you should hear the treadmill respond with a beep. You should also hear it respond when you press plus or minus. After you reconnect the magnet the treadmill should start right up with the remote. I was troubleshooting it for a few minutes and that seems to be the fix!
