I don't have a brazing torch. Can I still make this even if it won't have the crispy top? Is it still good that way?

It's not really creme brûlée without the brazed top. You can still make it, this mix is very tasty, and it will taste good. But it would just be like having pudding or custard. You can buy a torch and butane pretty cheap on Amazon, that's what I did!
