Is this tempered chocolate?

No this is not like real chocolate that you have to temper. Taste is good but not as tasty as the real chocolate that needs tempering. I like this for coconut balls or chocolate dipped oreos. It's very easy to melt and does not bloom like real chocolate that needs tempering process to avoid bloom etc.
