Best Remineralisation Supplement
Best supplement for having the right amounts of each nutrient. Not silly amounts of calcium, but a substantial amount (400mg. Not like some, which have 200mg calcium and 300mg magnesium, or the other way: 1200mg calcium (heart attack levels of unnaturally high sudden bursts of calcium in your bloodstream- that doesn't happen naturally!). You want like 2-3x as much calcium as magnesium while having 3-400mg magnesium in your diet, so having 75mg in this is just fine for me. I don't have dairy, so I get about 400mg calcium from the dairy free milk I have and other dietary foods, so 800mg with this supplement added is great. It has phosphorus and boron which means your body has what it needs to remineralise, along with a good amount of vitamin D and not least important, vitamin K2! It also has a vegetable based capsule, no dioxide. (Remember to have carrots for vitamin A for beta carotene which is necessary to work with D, both being hormones, not synthetic which is toxic). This saves me having to buy several supplements and the only criticism I have is it's not in stock and doesn't state when it will be! I was going to buy another two and would definitely recommend them to others. I have their lemon balm also which is great.Very important during this time also is this is a UK company! No CCP (Chinese Communist Party) trash, so you know it's workers weren't abused and poison put into it, but instead a quality product. Buy British!(As you can tell, I research these things quite deeply. Nutrition Facts .org for example is a good site for meta-analysis of studies and interventional studies.)Seriously though, get some back in stock, I'm desperate to get more!God bless you all.

Good quality and effective
My son (16) suffers from low Vitamin D in the winter. He gets bone pain and brain fog. At the moment it's hard to get hold of a GP, and also he doesn't like all the fuss. So I wanted to find a one-stop supplement that delivers a good balance of cofactors. After a week or so taking this product, he tells me that he feels much better. He's far more focused and cheerful, and no longer in pain. I'd recommend these.

Very powdery but they are a calcium supplement so...
These definitely need to be swallowed with a drink as they are powdery. Its hard to say if they are doing anything as they a vitamin supplement
