would putting a thrunite tn15 in this mount be too much weight?

If you use the second battery them it is starting to get on the heavy side but this light is pretty long, also you have to use their batteries. For my bike I use the Nitecore P12. But this mount would be able to handle the TN15. By the way, this mount slides in and out of the base mount so one can use it more easily for other purposes.

Looks like it would not fit a TK 35?

Only if you drill out the screws and put in longer ones. Than you can fit a tk35. Worked really well for me. There are some reviews you can find showing how.

Will this mount fit fenix ld60 2800 lumen triple cree xm-l2 (u2) led flashlight?

This bike mount will take up to a 1 inch diameter flashlight The ld60 has a 1.8 inch diameter, so no it will not fit this bike mount.

Will it work with fx-bc21r fenix flashlight?

Not sure, but it is adjustable. Works well with the flashlight I have which has a diameter of approx 1"
