I see pictures of potato flour but the “about this item” description reads about white corn meal and i can make polenta with it?

Hello. There is no corn meal in this product. Unable to make Polenta. This product only has potatoes. Thank you for your message.

Only gluten free products are milled, mixed, and packaged in this facility and our machinery is never exposed to non-gluten free products. We test every incoming delivery of product using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test - ensuring that every product is less than 20 ppm of gluten. Product received at the mill is tested upon arrival and then placed on hold until results are given. After we receive confirmed results that the product tests below 20 ppm it is only then accepted into our dedicated Gluten Free Facility. New to gluten free lifestyle.

Recently developed an allergy to gluten. I watched a few videos and decided to make a purchase. The pancakes came out so good. They tasted close to the real wheat pancakes when mixed with other gluten free flours. I've been adding it to everything, sauces, stews and breading my chicken.

just simple potato flour

I live in a rural area and things like this are hard to come by so I rely on Amazon to purchase them. Needed potato flour for a new hamburg bun recipe and this did not disappoint! Buns turned out tender and soft . Great addition to my bread baking supplies.
