This is a quality, heavy duty hinge. It is only lacking better installation instructions, but with perseverance and ingenuity we ended up with beautifully installed, somoothly operating closet doors (5 of them). And a great value compared to similar hinges from other sources. They result in a sleek, finished appearance. Will use again when the need arises.

Really happy with this product. However, the instructions were so general and tiny, and made it hard to read. Maybe others can see it fine, but boy I struggled with the faintly printed visuals. Regardless, product is great and works well.

I made a hidden door under our stairs so my wife could have a wine closet. This hidden hinge worked perfectly for the job. You have to know what you are doing, but the instructions were very clear and the provided video helped out a lot.

The media could not be loaded. We built a 84" x 46" bookcase where our fireplace used to be. It's quite heavy, but these hinges handle it with no issues. They hardest part of the installation was just drilling a trench for the top hinge, but that really wasn't too bad. I'm really happy with how well these hinges work. Opening and closing the murphy door is easy and smooth. The one thing to watch out for is that there is a ball bearing in the lower hinge. Make sure it doesn't fall out when you install it because it is integral to the operation of the hinges.

This works as intended, seems well made. Not the easiest to install as a channel has to be cut into the door frame to accommodate the mechanism. My carpentry skills are modest. I used this item with the purchase of a hydraulic swinging hinge for the bottom of the door.

If your door is flush you will have to either shave your door by the thickness of all four pieces or carve the hardware i to the door and/or the floor and door jamb on so that the door can close. Obviously my door was closing before but with these pieces protruding i now have a challenge and labor at hand. Installation will be a challenge regardless. You’ll have to put in the door with the hardware on. Once it fits you open the door 45 degrees to fasten the bottom to floor and top to door jamb pieces. Screws are flimsy. No instructions, not even drill bit size guidelines. Based on that i give three stars.

This was very easy to install and works great! I built a small bookcase that appears to be built into the wall but serves as entry door to my attics area from a second floor loft in a rancher. It comes with a template to assist with the install placement and the product is very sturdy. Clever little hinge!
