R3 3mm Radius Corner Rounder Punch Cutter - Heavy Duty Clipper for PVC Cards

I print a lot of trading card game proxies and this takes them to the next level. I use 300 gsm cardstock and this can punch through 2-3 at a time without issue. Make sure you clean it properly before first use as it had some machine oil from the factory, but that's better than getting a rusty tool.My only concern is that it might not be *exactly* 3mm, but it's close enough that I still give 5 stars

Once received from the long boat I made sure to prepare it from reviews I had read. I punched some stock paper then added a little industrial alcohol to get rid of all the grease so that my artwork was not soiled. Perfect cut indeed.I do recommend adding some hair clipper oil after use to avoid rusting and seizing.Good investment.

The product itself is heavy duty but the cuts for my use aren't clean and their was these black oil type stains on every cut I made. Dont know of it was just mine, but it didn't work for me.

Pretty solid corner rounder, best to hold the corner rounder so you can see the material your cutting is lined up well otherwise it can be a bit iffy with the guides.

This is great for rounding the corners of proxy magic cards to look nearly identical to real mtg cards. However, they do have like a black grease on the cutting part, presumably to protect it. But you'll need to do SEVERAL pre cuts before using them on your proxies to get that off. It will start to wear off I promise, but it may take you longer than expected. I had to get a q-tip in there to speed up the process because I am impatient. Even then some of my proxies still had black corners on the edge for a while, but in the sleeve it's unnoticeable. Great clippers all around!

2 stars because it is reasonably priced and it's built strong. And because the seller refunded immediately on request, so I like their customer service.Otherwise my out-of-the-box clipper did a very messy job and even with counters lined up very very carefully and straight, this clipper mutilated the parts! I don't think this is a well-designed or quality product. See my picture for how low quality the cuts are.

Bought to round laminated inventory tags. Very heavy duty, can cut through several tags at once.

Great for 3 layers card stock, 3 layers sticker paper, and about 5 layers of normal stock.It takes a bit of practice lining up the perfect cut. Sometimes the paper and slip under the guide but only really when you’re cutting a stack. One at a time, this thing cuts paper like a hot knife through butter.One of the best investments I’ve made for all my corner cutting needs!
