How will you remove the bearing-jammed hex bolts if this anchor is no longer needed?

Maybe heat the bolt so it expands, loosening the earring enough to pluck it out. My guess is you will round out the hex when hammering the bearing in, so...

Can this be used for more than one bike?

This is an anchor to secure your chain (or cable) using lock/shackle. You bolt it into concrete. This anchor ring definitely has the room for two Krypronite locks (or other very think shackles); maybe three if they weren't too thick. So, Yes. I bought 2 chains, 3 locks, and this anchor: one lock secures the ends of each chain to the anchor, then one lock for the end of each chain to my respective bikes; this anchor is on the porch, right between my two bike hanging hooks. Never tried, but I doubt you could "lace" a NY chain through the anchor ring; if that were possible it probably would not be easy/practical.

Can this be encased in poured concrete driveway to secure my classic car?

the concrete mason could build a recess for you to put the anchor in, but if you "encased the steel plate and ring in concrete the ring would always be in the UP position and unable to fold down.

What are the inside clearance dimensions of the ring when standing up?
