I bought it and sent it to someone in Grenada and it works great. Its unlocked and she hasn't complained yet.

I purchase phone based on ccomments that its compatible with metro tmobile but my carrier says its not compatable why????

Cricket and other phones use GSM I think T-Mobile is on CDM but you might want to verify that

Turns on in Thai, but easily switched.

I ordered this phone to use internationally, and it came speaking Thai. I watched a youtbe video to change it to English. It was super simple to change just based on the icons and took about 2 minutes. Hardest part was dealing with the cell phone company (Metro PCS) to turn it on. Features all seem to work ok, I'll update the review if I have any issues

This product is very similar to the Galaxy A10e, so it was a seamless transition. Great phone and good service.

When purchased, the main headline said straight talk phone. Q&A also said straight talk compatible, spent 2 weeks trying to get the phone to work. Spoke with straight talk a few times and bought a few different sim cards to finally find out the phone isn't compatible. Carelessness on my end as far as throwing away the box etc so I couldn't return it. Ended up finding a better deal on the actual straight talk website for a new phone entirely. Disappointed overall, cute little phone though.

Good Buy.

If the date on the calendar app is correct, this is a 10 year old phone! Brand new in the box, though. I had a little trouble getting the sim card drawer open initally, but otherwise a really nice phone.
