Are these tablespoons or teaspoons?

These are dinner spoons but for measurement they are bigger than a teaspoon but to me they are smaller than a tablespoon.

18 this 18-10 stainless? can't read the photo that shows the under-side?

Mine say Hissef or Hissee 18/0. Indicates 18 chrome, zero nickel stainless steel but doesn't say all that.. I am not familiar with tableware alloys, but we are very pleased with whatever these are. Similar larger tableware from Amazon just says Stainless Steel and looks about the same except no pattern.
