If you know some basics, do 5 ECG examples a day and you are almost an expert in a month . This book has a small paragraph on each example on what the finding means pathologically and how to treat . Very easy to read , nice glossy clean paper .To get to very high proficiency , do the 400examples of Amal Mattu's two books , ecg for the emergency physician .Because of Mattu's examples , we diagnoseda case of the killer Brugada syndrome that the cardiologists missed !!!

the book provides a great summary of cases with ECG reading and recommended actions. It is not too lengthy neither short not to cover must know problems. Easy to read and you won't be board.

It was a really great practice book with amazing cases and very well written explanations. However, I could not give it 5 stars because my book was missing cases 137-142. Very unfortunate, but everything else was great.
