Can you use it in an air popcorn popper that doesn't use oil?

Absolutely not. You can put into a salt shaker and and sprinkle on popcorn in bowl. Don’t put anything in a air popper except corn.

Can you sprinkle it in microwave popcorn after popping? Or do you have to add it to the oil for “Homemade” popcorn?

You could add it after popping, it is very concentrated, too much will be way too salty. We use a silicon microwave popper. Put about 1 tablespoon oil in the bottom of the popper, add 1/2 teaspoon powder to the oil, stir. Add the popcorn kernals and give it another stir to coat the kernals. does this come with the butter oil?

Nope, We just use this in our stir popcorn popper with roughly the recommended rates of 1/2 cup kernels, 1 Tablespoon oil and 1/2 tablespoon flavacol then flip switch to let pop, but can adjust to taste. We like olive oil in ours but others like canola and peanut work too
