Buttery soft with great hold. Very comfortable even in the hot summer.

Following abdominal surgery, my doc recommended a compression girdle. I've tried many approaches ranging from velcro wraps to fajas to girdles like this one from several brands. Of them, this is my favorite because it is the most comfortable to wear for extended periods without wanting to rage-strip, which still providing firm abdominal support/compression. It's not perfect, though. Like every other item of this nature, the top rolls down (though this less than most). It also has most of the compression at the mid-abdominal level (waist) whereas I need the support on my lower abdomen, so I have to shift it down a bit, which makes it sag in the crotch. Even so, this is the one I'd recommend post-Caesarean or tummy tuck or similar sugery.

Pretty good fit, I would give these an 8.5 out of 10. I am 5'4, 172pounds, pear shape. I do wish there was more coverage on the outer sides of my buttocks. And these also roll down a bit. But when they are up and not rolling down they are super comfortable and definitely holding everything in!

I have owned about 10 pairs of these spanx - they have always fit well and lasted for years. It is time to replace some, and i was excited to find these. The large fit perfectly as it always has, but after 5 minutes the waist started rolling down so I have returned them. They just dont work with this old body any more. I am giving them a 3 because my old ones have been wonderful and I assume these will work for someone....

I never bought spanx before, and I always just assumed they would be tight and uncomfortable to wear, but these are so comfortable! I definitely would recommend. I was looking for a pair that would hide my bloated stomach in a dress lol, and these do the trick!

These roll down on your waist and crawl up your butt. Do not recommend
