I do not know if you shipped everything to me. How do I charge the headset itself?

You should have gotten a minimum of three things:The headset, a usb fob that connects to your computer and a usb charging cord that will plug into the top of your headset.

Does this work with Dragon PowerScribe 360??

I believe it should, because this is simply a wireless bluetooth connectivity mic that is set up in Windows (or Mac OS) as an audio source, and should then work wherever any other mic, headset, can be used as an audio input device. So, accordingly, it should "work" with ANY Nuance Dragon software (that supports a bluetooth audio source). You should please prudently double-check that, by looking at the drop down list of available (supported) audio sources, within the PowerScribe 360 audio source set-up menu. Thank you.

Can that front button be changed to turn the recording on and off like on the USB microphone?

I use dragon with a USB headset, you turn it on and off via the prompts in the program, not via the mike or head set. I simultaneously use the same USB headset with another program to use it as a phone.

Can I use this headset with a non-dragon dictation software? (i have dragon on work computer but would like to multi-use the headset).

Sorry I do not know. Only use on dragon software at work. Not a good unit either. Bought a much better one after 2 weeks of mid dictations and frustration
