The media could not be loaded. I got this as a early Mother's Day gift in absolutely love it! It is quick and easy to use. You can connect it via doc or bluetooth, I chose to use Bluetooth and it was very easy to set up. I love having pictures around my house and this makes it very convenient. I definitely would recommend it! It is also very small so that I easily found somewhere to put it. My husband bought it on sale but even at full price it is a good value. The print quality is great but you have to account for if your photo is no low resolution, like the picture in the video, it will come out a bit blurry.

Works amazing. Quality of the pictures are just like a store prints out. My wife loves it. And down the road going to save a ton of time and money. The nice part is it's small enough you can have it anywhere and take it on the go if you want to. Connecting to it is super easy. I would highly recommend this for anyone who does scrapbooking or just want to save going to get pictures printed off at a store.

I just got this, but its PERFECT. I was debating on getting a portable printer as I redid my room and wanted to hang up images on my corkboards, but printing with printer paper is... Not the best, as paper degrades faster and gets "bent" and "curled" while hung up during summer/humid months, and printer ink is so expensive. I caved and got this one, and I'm SO GLAD I did! it was super easy to set up (despite being a little nervous about it), only took 5-10 minutes to set up. It prints the pictures so easily and beautifully, and is just very nice! I recommend.

This thing was a huge frustration and I was clear about that. They responded and offered to "trade" my yuk one for a new one. Their communication was courteous, respectful and PROMPT! They reached out after my complaint - within a day. And from there, communication was consistently excellent. I am so appreciative of my new printer! I have not gotten to try it out yet - I will this weekend and will add pictures. Worked beautifully when first printing my pics. However, after printing 12 pictures, I needed to replace the ink cartridge AND that's when the problem began. I put in the new cartridge, and it jammed, and a clear yellow film bunched up in the printer. I removed the yellow film and inserted another new cartridge. Now, the paper will not feed when printing. I removed all the paper and reinserted 10 new papers as instructed. Still will not feed the paper when activation of printer. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME!!! I love this device and need some help. Hope I will not have to replace it as my budget will not allow it. Thank you.

Photo quality is good, not great. I printed out photos that were on my phone from 10+ years ago, and they are blurry even though they don’t look blurry on my phone. They do have kind of a retro look. So I recommend ordering your 10+ year photos from Walmart or elsewhere, and using this printer to print off recent photos, where our phone cameras are better quality.Make sure to allow the printer to have Bluetooth connection when you download and open the Kodak Photo Printer app. I didn’t the first time and that led to me doing research just to figure that out.The app does tell you when to change the cartridge. I did find that the cartridge does say how many sheets it is good for. The one that comes ready in the printer is good for 10 sheets.Ultimately, I bought it with the intention to print pictures at my home, and that’s exactly what it does! I’m happy with it.
